I found this article when I opened my internet explorer. The `mns´ news are my homed desktop and this headliner caught my attention.

the IS-stronghold Rakka. The target of this attack was the IS-trainings camp, camp,
command centre and weapons stash.
This sound
a bit like the beginning of a war. On attacks the other one and then the attacked
one has to attack back. Every fight, argumentation, conflict or war grows on
this simple principal. The children act the same `If you robber me my chocolate
I will do the same to you! ´ I think it doesn’t helps to slap back. And I hope
that this is not the beginning of an awful conflict. It will cost more innocent
